Winning the toss, India chose to bowl first, setting Afghanistan a challenging target. The Afghan team faced a daunting task, posting a total of 172 runs in their allotted 20 overs. Gulbadin Naib emerged as the standout performer with a scintillating knock of 57 runs off 35 balls, including five fours and four sixes.
